Shipping Information

Shipping and Delivery methods:

The products are shipped with one of our shipping partners: GLS, Dachser, Raben, Ekont, DHL, UPS, Fedex/TNT, Ekont, Julio Trans, Transitour.

You can check the delivery status of your product by accessing the tracking number depending on shipping partners (couriers) :

Delivery in (non EU) European countries: Armenia, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vatican City State (Holy See) is possible only with previous contact for delivery cost.

*Custom duties 

By purchasing the item, you are responsible for payment of custom duties and undertaking of import formalities. The amount is calculated in compliance with the law in force in the country where the shipment will be delivered. 
TThe amount of the customs duties charged will be communicated by the courier once the goods have reached their destination. 
If the customs duties are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipment costs and customs duties will be deducted from the order's overall total, and the remaining difference will be reimbursed. 



Alternative shipping address

We provide the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy for you to send an order to your warehouse or other of your location`s.

We also provide Dropshipping service.

Changing or cancelling an order


For technical & logistical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your delivery details carefully before finalizing your order.

Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. You can choose to refuse the package at the arrival, but you will be responsible for Delivery & Return costs.


Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number. If you have set-up a personal or business account at us, you will be able to view and track the status of your order in My Account -> My orders -> Track My Order. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your order using the link from the email confirmation, but we strongly recommend you to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.



KITT insures (CMR insurance) all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

CMR insurance will not apply for the deliveries that have visibly damaged packaging upon the receipt of the goods and were not signaled and signed, in front of the courier, as DAMAGED on the POD transport document (courier document).

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.

!All claims of damaged products must be notified in written to KITT in 24h from the moment of receiving the good!
