    KITT Tuning allows free access to this site for visualization and non commercial use. Materials displayed on this site cannot be reproduced partially or integrally or modified without the written accord of the company.

    Products commercialized through www.carpartstuning.com are new, in original packing of the manufacturer. Pictures of the products have informative character. All our products are tested (fitted) on dedicated vehicles.

    Products commercialized comply with export laws and can be shipped outside the country.

    *These conditions apply to all our online platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.

  • Products commercialized by KITT Tuning, are interchangeable with original parts in conformity with producers edited list and catalogues. Warranty applies in conformity with the European Laws.


    KITT Tuning as Seller is not responsible for the warranty and will cancel the warranty in the below presented situations:
    - The product was not mounted in a special shop. Fitting process must be completed in a Specialized Service / Tuning Shop.
    - The product was damaged due to un-proper mounting or because it was mounted with other broken connecting parts. We do not accept claims for products that are fitted and/or altered when fitted by unauthorized service or technician.
    - The product was utilized in other purpose than it was specified in product’s presentation/description.
    - The buyer has repaired the products themselves and/or modified (including installing HID kits) or repaired and/or modified by third parties;
    - The part was damaged by extra overload or incorrect maintenance of the vehicle.
    - The vehicle was crashed or suffered damages produced by the external factors, atmospheric, thermal, mechanical or electrical shock.
    - The parts are presenting scratches, bumps, bending marks that are not due to producers or shipping incidents.


    Warranty complaints must be presented with the following documents:

    - Invoice from KIT XENON TUNING SRL
    - Proof that the product was installed in an authorized service respectively copy of the Service Report issued by the Auto Service for the fitting process
    - Clear pictures of the damages claimed
    - Picture with the label from the back of the item (if the product has);
    - Copy of the vehicle registration

  • The buyer is requested to pick up personally from the courier the product that is being delivered.
    If the order will be picked up by a different person (not by the buyer), please mention this before delivery with the name of the person.

    At the time of the product delivery and before accepting the parcel from the courier, the buyer is requested to open the package and check the product in front of the courier. If the product was damaged in shipping, the buyer must request the courier a delivery report (good condition protocol) of the damage/s and to not accept the package; the delivery report must be signed by the courier and the buyer must keep a copy of it. KITT Tuning will not accept subsequent complaints without the official record of the damage/s.

  • - Green color means that the product is on stock and "ready to ship"

    - Orange color means that the product will be “available starting from …”

    - Red color means that the product is “out of stock”

    If the prices or other details about the products / promotions were wrongly displayed, including the fact that they were mistakenly entered in the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the product and to notify the telephone / e- mail in the shortest time, about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.

  • We ensure fast and reliable worldwide delivery based upon shipment's destination.

    The items are delivered by one of our shipping partners: GLS/Parcel Force, Dachser, TNT, UPS, DHL, International Post Services/EMS with tracking. Shipping time may vary according to items’ locations as deliveries to certain locations may require additional time in transit.

  • All items purchased that are in stock will be sent out to you within 1 to 2 working days, after receiving cleared payment.

    If you have ordered multiple items and one or more are out of stock, we will send the complete order in one delivery as soon as all items arrive at our warehouse and they have been quality checked.

    All orders placed & paid after 2pm (GMT) for in-stock items will be processed the next working day.

    All products are carefully packed so that they reach our buyers in perfect condition.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 09AM to 5PM.

    *Please note that:

    - you will be contacted by the courier over the phone to establish the date and hour for delivery;
    - you are responsible for the correctness of the contact details including delivery address;
    - the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched;
    - you are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property, with safe and reasonable access from the public road to the place of delivery.
    You can check the order status anytime after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.

    Shipping outside EU (to countries with custom) could have a longer transit time, due to custom formalities.
    *Custom duties

    By purchasing the item, you are responsible for payment of custom duties and undertaking of import formalities. The amount is calculated in compliance with the law in force in the country where the shipment will be delivered.
    The amount of the customs duties charged will be communicated by the courier once the goods have reached their destination. If the customs duties are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipment costs and customs duties will be deducted from the order’s overall total, and the remaining difference will be reimbursed.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to KITT Tuning due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    *KITT Tuning is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

    No answer for booking delivery - If a package is returned to KITT Tuning due to the impossibility of delivery caused by the buyer:

    -the buyer does not answer the phone for booking arrangement
    -the buyer does not answer to the email requesting additional info
    -the buyer is not present at the provided address or agreed date
    -the buyer fails to collect the Order temporary stored in the courier warehouse/parcel shop.

    *KITT Tuning will not responsible for any delivery fees. The buyer will be charged with Delivery & Return delivery costs.
  • If the packages were damaged during transportation, the buyer must provide the delivery report from the courier (the report must be signed both by the courier and the buyer) and clear photos showing the damage. KITT Tuning will commonly agree together with the buyer the most appropriate solution for solving the problem.

    The buyer must report the damage in 1 single e-mail including following information:

    1. Order number or payment method (if PayPal, transaction ID)

    2. Tracking number of the order

    3. The delivery report from the courier (the report must be signed both by the courier and the buyer)

    4. Clear photos showing the damage (photos of the box and photos of the damaged items)

    5. A clear report, in maximum 24h from the moment of delivery, of the status of the damaged items or missing items

    If the packages were lost during transport, KITT Tuning will replace the product, submitting afterwards a written complaint to the shipping company for the recovery of the package value.

    KITT Tuning will commonly agree together with the buyer the most appropriate solution for solving the problem.

  • Returns

    Money back guarantee: for goods returned within 14 days from package delivery at the customer's address. (Return policy applies in conformity with the European Law)

    The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The buyer must also include:

    All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
    Accessories such as cords and remotes
    All items included in a bundle

    All returned products must be received in good condition. Goods will not be accepted if they are damaged, scratched, used or painted.

    If the product is returned because the buyer changed his mind or purchased it by mistake, the buyer is responsible for paying the costs of returning the goods.

    KITT Tuning aims to process returns within 2 working days of receipt of the return; refund can be issued by the following working day under the normal circumstances.

    Cancellations

    If the buyer cancels the order before dispatch, KITT Tuning will fully refund the order.
    If the buyer cancels the order after dispatch, KITT Tuning will refund only the item cost (without the shipping cost).
    The refund will be made after the package returns to KITT Tuning.

    Refunds

    In case the buyer purchases a product that is out of stock, KITT Tuning will refund the order.

  • All B2B accounts that have no activity in the next 2 months from the moment of activation will automatically become inactive. The reactivation of a B2B account can be done upon request.

  • KITT Tuning, the owner of the site www.carpartstuning.com, has committed to keep the confidential information provided by the buyer on accessing and completing the sign up form.
