Bi xenon projector kit for integration for H1 lamps with H1, H7, H4, 9005, 9006 reflector lantern.

You can install them on most cars as you will see in the photos.

It is a classic size projector that fits most lanterns.

Of course it must be placed by a specialist!

Characteristics:

• Projector length: 11.5 cm.
• Lens diameter: 2.5 inches.
• The reflector is made of metal, and the projector is made of glass, which guarantees the quality.
• The installation is done without cutting or widening the reflector, except in cases of H1.
• The projector works with a xenon lamp and an H1 lamp.
• Hi / Low Operation! The projector works with both medium and high beam.
• When 12V voltage is applied to the cables coming from the projector, it turns on the high beams.

Place:
Installation requires specialization from the person who will install the projectors!
1. Open the headlight using an air heat gun, heat for 15 minutes at the joint.
2. Special tools for opening the lanterns are available in our store.
3. If you do not have these tools you can start to open the lantern from the edge by putting a wide straight screwdriver and opening it slowly (the lantern is already well heated).
4. As soon as the lantern is opened, remove what is in place of the old lamp and advance the projector, in case it does not fit through the hole, we can open it with a large drill or with a special file.
5. We pass all the cables outside the traffic light and check if everything works well and if the light is straight or it needs adjustment before turning off the traffic light!
6. Clean the whole lantern inside with a dry cloth and start and reheat the place where the glue was so that it softens and close the lantern well. In case you need extra glue you can use special manzouni glue that you can get from our store.
7. When the lantern is well warmed up and closed again you can keep it sealed for 1 hour with special dog type pliers, there are special lantern closing pliers in the store!
8. Finally we place the lanterns and enjoy top lighting and a unique look that we created ourselves!
Tips: You can paint the inside of the headlight black Mat or glossy or in the color of the car for what a nice Look!
